Alana Somerville is a licensed Realtor that has been working almost exclusively in the area of new home construction and sales for the last three years. In addition to selling resale and helping find clients their dream homes, she will also be taking on the lead sales role for a new development in South Niagara called South Shores, an upscale community of ninety luxurious bungalows just steps away from the Niagara River. She is quite familiar with this area and what it has to offer, and she currently resides in Fort Erie.

In addition to being a proud mother of two, she is a licensed Realtor, she holds a Master’s Degree in Education, she is a published author, and most importantly has an excellent rapport with all of her clients who have either purchased or sold their home through her. She is excited to be a part of this new project and is excited to be able to help more clients purchase and build their dream homes in South Shores.
