A savvy real estate investor with an analytical mind, Darrel is no stranger to the world of real estate and entrepreneurship having purchased his first home at the age of 20! Darrel has renovated, rented and re-financed multiple properties throughout the Niagara Region, owned and operated his own Airbnb all while working as a red seal licensed 313A HVAC-R tradesman.
His interest and passion for the real estate industry runs very deep but meeting and working with Marta Andre is what prompted him to fully transition to his dream job: helping other Buyers and Sellers achieve their real estate goals. He is well-versed in new home construction, land developments, zoning by-laws and the creation of infill lots and severances. He has a big heart for the growing Niagara Region and a deep appreciation for its many new and unique communities. Darrel is also a proven multitasker, with exceptional negotiation skills and the integrity, honesty and loyalty that builds trust: the number one component in any real estate transaction.
